Dear Dragon,
Just wanted to drop you a line to praise you on your excellent service that you gave to me whilst on my holiday to Spain last week. Unfortunately when we arrived at the vehicle with your rep at the airport on Saturday, it had a flat tyre. Your man, quickly changed the wheel and sent us on our way, with the promise of a repaired tyre on Monday, brought to where we were staying.
I was phoned with plenty of time to meet your rep on Monday, at which time, he presented us the keys to a new Opel Vivaro as the tyre could not be fixed on the vehicle we had, and a new tyre would have to be ordered.
This is excellent service !, and I would gladly use Dragon Cars again.
