amphitheatre is the venue for outdoor productions during the summer months. Towards the west of Marbella lies the famous "Golden Mile", famous for the lavish beach front villas which have made the real estate prices for the area go up. Due to the luxurious and rich standard of life in Marbella, it is often compared to other destinations like Monaco and Portofino.
